My Home Renovations.

Hi, my name is Kacey. I am looking for a builder for renovations to our home at the address 65 Edmund Road Rotorua. A quote on the services we hope you can provide us with are as follows, - Roof caps and anything that needs replacing. (image 1) - regib and strengthening arch of the central wall. - kitchen install - laundry room walls and floor need attention. - Bathroom install includes - Bathtub base building & shower tray base build prep for tiles. Repair floor. - Deck and ramp. - Advice on windows and whether they should be replaced or not. We have much more to do work that needs attention but we will let you know after these jobs are complete. All we ask is that you are qualified for insurance purposes. If you have other tradesmen you like to work with such as Plumbers & Electricians let me know. Nb. We actually have gone through a loss adjuster/insurance claim because our tap leaked on our kitchen floor and the floor is particle board and is now warped and soft. So we won't hear back from them until after the 25th Aug. If we are declined then we would also require your services for that as well. Look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Kacey.
