Western Heights Damage

Had a new bathroom installed 7 months ago but combination of poor workmanship by builder who is no longer contactable and destructive tenant means we need MORE work to bring bathroom back to rental standard. 1.Shower is leaking and we have siliconed edges but still leaking. 2.New hand basin cracked across top as poorly assembled, so we are buying a floor mounted basin this time, not wall hung basin Prefer local builder with a good reputation as we are devastated we are back to redoing our bathroom after such a short time. We do have plumber but if easier can work with your plumber
