* renovate exsisting bathroom,build one family friendly room,would prefer wet room with large walk in shower no bath, slider door to enter bathroom, new fittings etc. * install doorway through garage to internalise outside room. * replace toilet room gib, and toilet. Freshen up room. * replace abspetos panels with new gib in garage, garage fit out to make space tidy. Double garage 5x5m. Replace rear garage door into back section, Install upper storage area into garage. * Supply, install and fit bifold doors into current ranch slider cavities. * new bathroom fit out where laundary currently is, will need design assistance. have entrance to 2nd bathroom off hallway type setup. * replumb laundry into bathroom, where large toolbox is currently situated. * replace fibreglass sheets on outside pergola. SUMMARY Pretty much turning 3bed 1bath house into 4bed 2bath house, two new bathrooms, tidy garage so guests can use as walk through, need water supply routing, sparky, builder and aspestos removal. Will use architect but want to discuss with a person in the know first ie builder.
