Install Timber Trims/Mouldings

We want to install timber trims/mouldings in our powder room. The job includes: - Installing the timber trims - Painting the section below the trims (we want the top and bottom parts of the walls to be different colors) - Inside corners should use a cope cut - Relocate toilet paper holder (as it's going to be in the way of one of the timber mouldings) We will purchase the timber mouldings and paint. Attached is a photo of the powder room. The wall on the left is 1355 mm, center is 1085 mm, and right is 2075. We have roughly indicated where we want the mouldings to be. ADDITIONALLY (but not officially part of the scope of this project): - If you can do wallpaper, please separately quote to install wallpaper above the trim mouldings. - If you can replace the mirror (it's a builder-installed, frameless mirror) with something with a frame, please separately quote for this also.
