Install Pull Out Drawers in Kitchen Pantry

We want to maximize the space usage in the kitchen pantry by installing pull out drawers. Pantry photo attached. I am open to options on how to do this, but I think I prefer removing the shelves and completely replacing them with the pull out drawers. I don't think it's necessary to install this on all shelves, though. Advice would be appreciated. Details: Depth = 57cm Width = 43cm
