I have a contained 60s style kitchen that I want to expand into the living area. I need a builder or someone to create a plan. Knock out one wall, put in a wall. Convert current pantry area into a laundry. Prep for kitchen installation. In the photo the wall taken out where piano is and kitchen come out to pole.

Alex has been very helpful in providing working drawings for my kitchen and laundry plans. He provided me with great working plans for the builder, with design concepts. I am still in quotation mode to complete my project. Thank you Alex you've been very helpful.
