1 x bedroom 4m x 4m - remove old gib and ceiling. Insulate 1 wall. Regib ceiling and all walls, gibstop & paint. Lounge/ dining/kitchen: prep and paint ceiling and walls. Ceiling has beams but will be same colour as ceiling. Rest of house: prep & paint small hallway, and cupboard.
