Laundry Renovation

PROJECT DESCRIPTION We would like to renovate our laundry room and put our washing machine, dryer, and sink along one wall of the room. However, the space is severely limited and available space is slightly over 1.5 meters in width wall to wall. Photo of area is provided below. If we line up the washer and dryer on the right, it will leave about 25- 30 cm clearance on the left for the plumbing. The drains and taps for the vessel sink would have to be in this area. We would like to install cabinetry above the counter. Final product should like something second photo below. SCOPE OF WORKS Scope of works to include: 1. Completely remove and discard current sink and tap 2. Install the washing machine side by side against the rear wall. Connect dryer to drain. 3. Install a water-resistant countertop (preferably wood) 4. Install vessel sink. Sink must be at minimum 500 x 400 mm. Drain must not be in middle but towards rear of sink so that the sink can be installed with the drain closest to the left wall. 5. Design, construct and add cabinetry above the counter. Cabinetry must be custom designed and enclose the electric meter cabinet on the back wall. Cabinetry should extend to ceiling. There is an alarm sensor which will need to be moved. Cabinetry must be no more than 30 cm deep to not interfere with electrical panels on right wall. 6. Design and create small cabinet space on lower left to house sink drains and plumbing. This is for plumbing only, not storage - will only be about 250-300 mm in width. 7. Install coving between tops of cabinets and ceiling. 8. Install back splash, preferably tile. 9. Install and connect all plumbing. 10. Design, construct and Install additional cabinetry in other part of room above freezer as shown in third photo below:
