2 Bathrooms, 1 WC renovation, Studio - Tile to Floor, Laundry - Tile to Floor

Hi all, Attached Existing nad Project Stage Drawings plus as per below. Work scope to let you know what we are after. Please note that all equipment in the project are in the same position as it is now ( it may need some small adjustment but in general we want it in the same position - We basically want to replace old with new one. All equipment will be on our side to buy including Tiles ( you may see on the drawings 300 x 600mm tiles but we will replace them with --- tiles - same on the wall as on the Floor. Please let me know asap what are your thoughts and how much it will cost plus if we agree when you may start. ( beginning of March preferred). Have a look if any questions give me a call or send me an email please. Work scope: 2 bathrooms, 1x WC and 1 x laundry. Below you may find highlighted things that we would like to be done as a scope of work. Separate toilet upstairs – Existing Lino on the floor removal if needed, New floor tiling ab. 1.90 m2, equipment replacement - toilet, basin, tap, white painting-Dulux Laundry – Existing lino removal if needed, New floor tiling ab. 4.00 m2, verification of existing plumbing connections for any leeks/possible exchange of old parts/connections - TBC Bathroom downstairs – Existing Lino on the floor removal, Removal of existing shower and shower base, exchanging construction elements of wall on one side of shower where needed, equipment replacement to new one - toilet, vanity with basin, shower, slide shower, tap, mixer, hose, installing heated towel rails, 1x heating lamp in exchange of one of existing lamps on the ceiling, to move washing machine plumbing, to move power point, white painting Dulux, door threshold to be removed (cover with tiles), installing mirror with light (optional - TBC painting white Dulux, New Wall tiling 4.60 m2 (as per elevation drawing), New floor tiling ab. 5.30 m2, (as per floor plan drawing). Bathroom upstairs – Existing Lino on the floor removal (if needed),New floor tiling ab. 8.40 m2, (as per floor plan drawing) new wall tiling ab. 12.00 m2 (as per elevation drawing) tiles to the ceiling - skirtings to be removed in this walls, equipment replacement - bath, bath mixer, toilet, vanity with basin, slide shower with diverter, shower, mixer, tap, heated towel rails, uninstall one of the existing heated towel rails, installing heating lamp, positioning power points if required, repositioning shower slide and change it for dual rain shower, installing two towel rails, new bath mixer with hose, hang mirror cabinet and install light above cabinet, white painting Dulux. Room GF – New tiling on the floor ab. 25.50 m2 ( existing concrete floor). If some are interested please send me info. We are after Labour quote only. We provide whiteware, and so on.
