garage to sleep out conversion

We have a garage/workshop that we would like to convert into a sleep out and office. the garage is quite old so it may need to be demolished and rebuilt. We would like a shower and toilet fitted into the sleep out and the waste will have to be plumbed into the house system. Ideally we need someone to do the whole job from start to finish and take care of council permits and to complete the job a high standard.
