Bathroom Update

My bathroom is approx 2x 3m. I want a new vanity and separate shower being extracted and moved to a shower over bath setup, so freeing up some space. Plumbing is easily accessed via under house with exposed pipes etc. open to either tiling or painting. I will organise the flooring myself. I would also like an existing toilet replacing which is in the adjoining room. There is also the possibility of more plumbing work with the extraction of two water supplies to our utility room. I want these removed and placed in the garage below. The reason i have added this to this job is the rooms are adjoining and plumbing connected so could solve two jobs at the same time.
