Detailed plans available for this job which is currently with council awaiting building consent. A comprehensive renovation which includes the renovation of a relocated house which is to be joined onto existing house. Plus renovation of kitchen, bathroom and lounge. Details are Removal of multiple walls in relocated house (100 sqm) - installation of steel beam and bracing for non support walls. Construction of 9x2m breezeway which joins the two buildings together Reconstruction of roof over existing storeroom. Complete upgrade of bathroom. Complete upgrade of kitchen - removal of walls. (Kitchen itself is being designed and installed by kitchen company. Installation of sliding doors - 6m span. Requires removal of concrete block wall and installation of steel support beam.
