New Kitchen and Bathroom

I need to renovate my kitchen and bathroom. My kitchen is about 6 square meters, I want all new kitchen joinery and bench top, floor tiled. We might need a electrician but I am not thinking to change any electrical points, same for plumbing. My bathroom is about 7.5 square meters I want to put a bathtub and two new vanities.
