Require shower and vanity to be replaced as out dated and very degraded. Shower is slightly raised, would want this lowered as much as possible to avoid the big step up. A new shower sourced and installed, with a shower dome. Vanity is about as useful as a wet paper bag. Requires replacement of something suitable.
