Flooring

This is specifically for renovating the bathroom floor which has sustained damage due to a leaking pipe. The damaged floor is particle board with vinyl on top. The particle board has swollen due to the water. The vinyl runs out of the bathroom down a very short corridor and throughout the kitchen. We need to remove the vinyl in the bathroom and kitchen. Remove the toilet. Remove the particle board and replace it with appropriate more water resistant floor boards. And then finally replace the flooring with new vinyl or tiles (to be decided but will likely be vinyl). We will supply the new flooring materials.
