Complete house renovation

Purchasing a solid timber house from a house yard. to be moved to a rural adr. House already cut in half and we want to keep it about 2.4 m apart to gain more floor space. Will need to be completely renovated. New Roof, new garage, move internal walls, new bathroom, kitchen etc. house will be aprox 170m2 + garage. No dates set as yet, as we have only just put our current home on the market, but hoping for this to take place around April.
