Slight relocation of gas fire and wall casing

I am wanting to shift my wall mounted gas fire 400mm and also put in a recessed tv into newly relocated wall cavity. Gas installers have confirmed this can be done, but may need relocation of electrical wall socket. Currant shelving to be replaced by wall cabinets either side of fireplace cavity. Builder would need to arrange any sub contractors ie cabinet makers, painters etc. wanting work done by end April
