Seeking a professional, competitively-priced builder for a small bathroom renovation (5 sq m approx). Job involves: removing existing combination shower/bath tub, existing vanity and shelving unit; relining walls and ceiling as required; installing new glass- wall shower cabinet, slide-rail shower, vanity, ventilation, lighting, heated towel rail; installing new flooring; and finishing walls and ceiling with paint. Using existing room configuration. No additional sanitary plumbing requirements. Project is budget-led and focused on achieving a good result at the most cost effective price. Project management will be provided, but contacts with other necessary trades would be useful. Ideal timing: September/October
