few small fixes in our new house

i have 5 small jobs each probably require different skills but am looking for someone who can work through them. i will attach pictures but job 1; toilet role has come off wall, needs to be re-fixed, it has pulled off some of the plaster. 2; the toilet moves position, i don't know if this is necessary but we would like it fixed to the floor. 3; there is a window in the shower, it just gets water damaged, we would like this covered over but in the same material as the rest of the shower. 4; our window has come off its track, there is a rubber guard which has come loose as well, we would like this re-fixed into position. 5; the small cupboard outside our door has a broken lock, we would like this replaced if possible, if not we will need a new door on there in the same style as the current door as we have a body corporate which requires this. some one who new what they were doing would smash through these jobs in less than a day but might need to have a look first so they know what tools and / or materials they would require.
