We need a 10m2 extension of a living room by moving the exterior wall apprx 2m's over a concrete patio, still under eaves. Will need new sliding door opening. Needs 5x6m deck built beyond the extended living room, approx 1 m off ground. We need a wall removed to open the kitchen to the living room. Structural. Opening 4 m's approx. We need internal french doors moved with filling in of old position and placing in position where there is a single door. We need removal of a bedroom non-structural wall (I think) to join and office and bedroom to make the bedroom bigger. We need relining of 25 m2 kitchen, and 2 bathrooms (3x3m) after we pull out old fitting before we refit these.
