Kitchen Renovation

My laundry, kitchen and dining rooms are roughly 25 sq metres. I would like all of these rooms opened up into the one space. This will include removal of a load bearing wall between kitchen and dining room. The walls and ceiling will need rejibbing and plastering; and the skotia and skirting boards replaced. I also want a floor to ceiling cupboard built around the existing washing machine /sink space. I'll need an electrician to install new lighting and plugs; and a plumber to connect a gas oven as well as new sinks. (Gas is currently connected to the house). All rubbish and old materials to be removed.
