Kitchen Reno

I have a Kitchen of 12 square mteres. I want all new kitchen joineries and a bench top/ I want all floors tiled (9m2) I want an electrician to install new lightning/appliances and plugs. I want to put in a new sink and dishwasher so there will be spme plumping too. I also need to knock down a few walls and put my kitchen and laundry at the end into an open plan area. Put in a new door and block the old one and same as the windows I want to cover the existing one and put up a new window further down...I am looking at 14000 to 20000. I have a plan in mind so i hope you could put it into reality
