Renovations - converting family room to bedroom + fence

Hello, I am wanting to convert our family room into another bedroom. Anticipate that this will include creating a new wardrobe, would like a study nook built in and may require electrical work to move some of the lights around. I would also like to build a few small fences (small work) to close off the way in and out of the garden.
