bathroom re lining

We have had a leaking pipe in a bathroom . Is a small bathroom with shower over bath sometime ago the mixer leaked and has damaged the wall lining extending into the wall next door . The bath will need to be taken out , wall framing replaced , Gib board skirting replaced , the bath reinstalled with new linings. and plaster and paint . The leak has also affected the adjoining room . That will also need wall framing replaced along with new Gib plaster and paint. We will arrange the flooring to be done There is a family living there so we need someone who is considerate of them and can work around them. This is there home they understand there will be disruption and are keen to see the work completed asap . I would like to keep the bath shower out of service for no more then 2 days . There is a WC upstairs for thier use.
