Bathroom is 80s apricot and needs upgrade. Heavily water damaged floor from a slow leak under the house, with most damage being around the base of the wall between the bathroom and the adjacent toilet. Toilet bowl is loose (possibly due to rotting floor) and room needs handbasin. Pipes around bathroom are dux qest (though ironically it wasn't them that caused the leak). The plan: Remove old bathroom and toilet fittings, fix up floor as appropriate, add an additional (ie false) wall between toilet and bathroom (making bathroom slightly smaller) and from toilet side install a washbasin into wall and a small cupboard accessible from hallway. Replace all dux qust pipes around bathroom. May or may not re-jib walls other depending on cost. All electrics are fine but will replace plugs so they look more modern. Lino needed for toilet and bathroom. I can handle any painting. We have new shower bath and vanity already waiting, but not new toilet or basin, so these will need to be provided.
