Residential renovation - New Kitchen, bathroom, deck, retaining.

We have pdf plansWe're requesting quotes for. In short we are: - removing a load bearing wall that currently has a heat pump and plug on it, so will need an exposed (boxed and plastered) beam underneath, - removing the old kitchen, including moving the hot water cylinder under the house (new HWC required), - installing a new kitchen where our lounge is currently, - Removing existing bathroom and expanding into laundry and moving laundry to where bathroom is currently, - Installing two new external doors (We already have the french doors) - Building new retaining at the top of the driveway to replace existing retaining wall, cutting a new deck into the back yard, including removing part of the hillside. The deck will be covered EXCEPT for the area above the carpad, which we'll leave open (IE different to the plans attached). Hopefully the plans are sufficient. Let us know if you can do part (eg plumbing or electrical) or all of the job, as it obviously has plenty of components.
