Full bathroom renovation

Looking to renovate a rental property bathroom. 60s house, toilet and vanity replaced about 5 years ago. Looking to remove bath, replace with shower, new extractor, re-jib (currently hard board), new ceiling, may need a new floor also. Will need to be finished and painted. Looking for someone to manage the complete job.
