Small bathroom renovation
Job description
We are looking for a local to Porirua, experienced Builder to project manage our small bathroom renovation ASAP - Jan or early Feb 2021. We have a tidy, solid 1950s home that needs is in desperate need of a refresh!!! Bathroom is currently bath over shower w vanity (1570mm wide x 1800mm long - yeah told you it was small) and we are wanting to knock wall between to toilet 800mm wide x 1800mm long). New bathroom we are looking to replace with new corner shower, vanity and toilet and remove one window. We are open to layout ideas as this has been a challenge for us. We would want someone with existing contacts of Plumber/Electrician etc to ensure project runs smoothly and without delays once started as we have 3 small children and obviously want to keep disruption to a minimum once we start but we are equally very realistic people! It would be great if you have experience with complete Kitchen renovations also as this is next on the list to be done and would love to use the same local Builder to complete that project also, if the relationship is right.
