renovation and layout change of a 1920s character home

We would like to have some renovation work done to our three story 1920s character house in Paremata to create more space in a hallway on the top floor. This includes: • re-pitching the roof/adding a dormer • Change a small bedroom to a bathroom on the second floor • Remove the existing staircase to the third floor and install new one We are looking for a company that can provide us with a 'start-to-end' service for the renovation. We are not time-bound, but would prefer to start the work around Christmas/over summer if possible.
