Load Bearing Walls? removal

I want to remove two walls to make an open living area with a clean finish. I believe these two walls are also load bearing. In the collage, there is a pic angle showing both walls and also from the hallway the wall on the right (the one that has boards leaning on the wall) that will also be coming out. There are electricals (light switches and powerpoints) in the two walls that will also need relocating. I also request that the tradie(s) undertake on my behalf the council (Porirua) consent process and embed the cost of the consent fees (incl. Inspection fees) as part of the overall quote. I am looking to progress as soon as able post lockdown where restriction rules allow it.
