Renovating Bathroom & Kitchen

Note: all materials will be supplied. Bathroom - remove wall between bathroom & toilet and reconfigure bathroom layout, including position of door. Will require replacement of some of the flooring and ceiling lining and all wall linings. The vanity will be wall-hung and the bath freestanding. Kitchen - remove existing kitchen & flooring, remove part of a wall and insert beam in place, re-line walls and fit new kitchen (may require some assistance with assembling kitchen cabinets). Kitchen will have a different layout from existing so plumbing and electrical will move. General - remove gib lining from lounge/dining and bedroom 2, insert insulation and re-line walls. Add an external door to existing garage. Build pergola over dining room ranchslider. Prep floors in foyer, dining kitchen, bathroom for tiles. Remedy leak in foundations. Note: there is other work to be done at a later date that creates an ensuite. Building Consent has been issued for all work. Important: This work must be completed no later than 6 March. May suit a builder working on another job where downtime is expected.
