Ensuite and Toilet renovation in Whitby

Renovation of Master bedroom ensuite bathroom. The bathroom needs updating. The Lino flooring is an outdated pattern and colour as is the paint on the walls so looking to replace flooring, skirting boards and repaint walls and ceiling. The vanity, shower cubicle, mirror, toilet etc will need replacing also to something more modern. All the structure, plumbing and wiring etc should be able to remain in place as i think the layout is ok the way it is. The small extraction fan should be upgraded and new lighting installed. Down stairs toilet renovation - paint walls and ceiling and install a new vanity, toilet and possibly upgrade extraction fan.
