This is to renovate a toilet that we have in the corner of the garage. Put tiles on floor. Plaster wall. Put a new ceiling on. I'd like the floor to be tiled to that I can mop the floor easily, but I want to tile the walls myself, so I just need the walls plastered nice and flat.
