Remove and dispose of existing - bath, bath liner, vanity, formica wall/ceiling linings Install new bath (including over bath shower) and vanity. Reline walls with aqua gib. Tile around bath and vanity. Install towel heater. Install power point. Replace existing light/fan. Owner has not (yet) bought any fittings or materials. Job is urgent as existing plumbing is leaking. Looking for someone to manage entire job and it must be done reasonably quickly as this is the only bathroom in the house. Photos to come
