Renovation of 1970's 2-storey house #2

We are renovating our home which has not had much work done since it was built. Work to be done includes roof (long-run iron), re-building two decks, fixing a hole in the internal floor caused by water damage, bathroom. Depending on cost, there may be additional work such as external cladding, replacing internal stairs, building a laundry etc. We have architect plans, building consent and pre-approval from the bank and need to start by 18 January 2024. We are looking for an initial estimate of costs within 2 weeks, before we move on to detailed costings and fixed price contract.
