Basement conversion to Rumpus room - some structural works involved :) 2

Hi, we are looking possibly converting the basement to a rumpus room and the concrete wall/retaining wall (sort of or seem like a 'fake' wall by the look of it, as there seem another one built to hold upstairs , further back) need moved a bit further in.
