Slow Leak Bathroom Re-do -Quote and Damage Assessment needed for Future Work

Tiles came up so we pulled up and found the floor was wet. To find the source of the leak the room has been mostly gutted. We found the leak and stopped it but there was water damage and mould was found so needed to stip out all the Jib and some flooring to see where extended to and get treated. Mould was found and is being treated currently. We are looking for a report of the damage and a quote for the repairs and bathroom suite installation for our insurers.
