Internal renovation to convert dining room into a bedroom

Hello, Our current house plan looks like as shown in Figure 1 attached. This renovation project is focused on the right-hand side of the house and converting the Dining room into a bedroom by removing a door frame and creating a wall between the Living area and dining, adding carpet to the dining room (currently it is tiled), adding a wardrobe, and adding a gate to the room. In addition, the living room will be extended by removing the wall (same size as door frame from wall between the living and dining) between the Living room and the hall walkway.
