Needing a bathroom Vanity to be moved

Our previous plumber didn't remove the tiles on the wall before installing the bathroom vanity, which left a massive gap that has been filled, but now looks really ugly..Wanting know if it's possible to have the vanity installed properly so it's hard against the wall, would potentially need piping to be redone to compensate for the slight move.
