garage extension bedroom/bathroom conversion

fix up leaking garage extension and install bathroom/laundry and bedroom. rip up damaged weatbix flooring as there is concrete underneath. replace/install windows in garage as required. Raise garage extension roof, install cealing and down lights. Fix/replace cladding of extension as required. install down lights, power points. put in dividing wall. install toilet, vanity, shower, washtub and perhaps lino. This job requres a builder, electrician and plumber - you must be able to manage the entire job. Bathroom is expected to be a complete finish (painted as well) where as the bedroom can be done to be ready to be painted so a jib stopper and anding will also be required.
