I'm a (former) licensed builder specialising in structural alterations, renovations and additions to, and construction of new homes. As an experienced project manager both in the UK and NZ, I understand all aspects of residential construction and only work with competent, reliable and trustworthy sub contractors and employees. I have the tools, knowledge and experience to get all undertakings completed to meet or exceed building code requirements and industry standards in a timely manner.
