This is converting a sleepout, that has a sink (but water not currently connected- bore water) to a small kitchen with and a small toilet/shower/sink. It will need an extra wall. Area 3x 4metres. Will need lighting sorted and plugs, some flooring. This work is for quote at this stage really.
