Draughtsman - Kitchen

Draughtsman to produce the alteration plan, check on weight bearing walls. We aim to make one big room out of the washroom, dining room and kitchen (it will make sense when you see it). Assuming the walls are not weight bearing (separating the washroom) from the kitchen and dining room, remove walls, tile washroom, replace washroom sink with kitchen sink, add dishwasher, laundry adjacent, cover in cabinetry. Cover old kitchen sink in cabinetry or convert to laundry. Draughtsman to produce the alteration plan. --- / ---
