Three into two and other jobs
Job description
I have a shower room, a toilet room and a bathroom I would like made into an ensuite and main bathroom. I need a builder, tiler and plumber. I am aware I need a council consent and have already discussed it with them. I am also looking at other jobs like removing some gas heaters and fixing up the walls behind where they were. Removing the ceiling tiles and replacing with Gib. Installing ventilation system. Laying new carpet. A new gate and some fence work. Replacing sliding door (I have the replacement sliding door already). The tenants will be out by November (potentially earlier as they are shortlisted for two houses) and I am hoping to move in once the renovations are done.

Great results and workmanship, varied job with new fences and gate, patching walls, new walls, framing in old doorways, adding cavity slider wall, building linen cupboard shelves, replacing ceilings and more.
