Ceiling repairs

No specific time frame. My ceiling tiles around my fire place is starting to cave in and buckle and we aren't sure what we can do about it. Wanting a quote and plan to fix. Wanting a cost effective fix but willing to pay what we need to make it safe again. Thinking we might have to take a section of ceiling out and replace maybe?
