Looking for an honest builder/plumber with a reliable team who is not overpriced as we are on a tight budget. Work is not urgent so it can fit in between your big projects. Bathroom renovation 1. Remove existing non-load bearing wall between bathroom and toilet. 2. Remove one door and re gib as wall 3. Replace old lead pipe plumbing 4. Replace existing toilet and bathtub with new unit supplied by owner 5. Install a new shower in the corner 6. Re-gib ceiling and install extraction/heating supplied by owner Contractor to supply all other materials to complete the job. We are more than happy to meet on site and discuss details of the reno. Hoping to have it done either soon or in early 2022.
