rehabilitate both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms

currently 1980s/90s worn and tired looking bathrooms 1. Upstairs bathroom: - walls - remove shower booth and make a walk in shower for physically disabled family member. and add shower rail and flooring similar to hospital surface plus add a disabled bar in shower. - new vanity with mixer - flooring disabled bar in toilet - new walls in separate toilet 2. downstairs bathroom: - new vanity plus mixer same as upstairs fixture - new toilet and disabled bar installed and new walls job to include gibstopping and painting(if required).
