Bathroom Floor Replace/Repair
Job description
Property is tenanted and tenants are describing that bathroom floor is moving and feels like they might step through it. Was originally a wet bathroom but converted back to shower and hand basin approx 7 years ago. Floor may have been packed at the time but was signed off by the plumber when the shower was installed. Not sure what the exact problem is but we’d like to get it sorted hopefully without having to rip the vanity or shower out.

Great communication and Kalvin kept me well informed seeing I could not be onsite. Costs were all fair and reasonable and I was very happy with the final repairs. Very respectful to our tenants who said he was a very conscientious worker. Thanks Kalvin, appreciate the work you did.
