Downstair garage convesion to living area

I have got the plan approved by council and the plan is to convert downstairs garage into a one bedroom studio, add a bathroom, toilet, open a few windows etc. If you are interested, please contact me so that I can show you my plans done by the architect. Need to be able to start the project asap and need to make sure your sub contractors like drainage/concrete cutting etc can be available asap.

Bathroom renovation

I would like a bath installed. There is already a shower stall but I'd like the shower to go above the bath so the shower will have to be removed and the lining as well. The space is quite tight but I think there would be room for a short bath. I also want to change the outdated toilet and vanity. There would be a little tiling under the bath but that's about it.

Bathroom renovation

Rip out the old bathroom. Tile floor, and one wall, and shower. All new vanity, bath, shower.. Etc. The bathroom is 2.8 meters by 2 metres. The toilet is in a seperate room- that too will need replacing, and the floor & small corridor tiled. We have a cedar house (like a Lockwood) so one wall needs gibbing so tiles can be put on.

Bathroom Renovations

Started bathroom renovations a few years ago and didn't really get finished. Need gib to be tidied up/replaced. Wanting tiles to be removed behind vanity and guessing this will probably gib wall to be replaced, need plastering to tidy up work done last time as shown in photos. Room is 2.9 square metres in total. Also wanting to look at changing cupboard which is currently in the hallway to be accessible from the bathroom and block off in the hallway.

Overhaul Small Bathroom & Toilet

We want to update our tired bathroom and toilet. They are small rooms (approx. 3m.sq bathroom and 1.2m.sq toilet), located on the top floor of our 2-storey house.
