Internal structural wall and spiral staircase removal

We have two internal structural walls that we would like removed and replaced with suitable beams. I have marked the walls on the attached floor plan, and have attached photos of the walls in question as well as a few photos from inside the ceiling. We also have an internal spiral staircase that we would like removed, hole to be filled, and a new internal staircase to be built to access the downstairs living area. We understand both jobs will require consent. We would rather deal with one person who can organise the entire project and are open to ideas on how this can be achieved, like where to build the new internal staircase for example.
